Kathi holds a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a certification as an AFTA fitness instructor.
She has made many TV appearances with Romana and is a featured artist in the Romana’s Pilates DVD series, where she appears on the covers. Kathi has also been featured in Pilates Style Magazine. She was featured in the premiere issue, then with Romana and later featured herself. Studio owner for 15 years, Kathi tries to honor her teachers by teaching the method as they have taught her — pure and true.

June 5th: From Zero to the Hundred
What to do to prepare for the mat. Many clients come to us without any strength or body awareness. The "pre-pilates" exercises prepare the body for the work as well as give a greater understanding to the method to those already well versed.
June 6th: Master Mat Class
This class will be challenging and invigorating for all. Kathi brings joy to the work as she echoes expressions of her mentor Romana. Her enthusiasm will inspire you!
June 6th: Perfecting the Principles
Focusing on the six principles of the method you can intensify your workouts. Each Principle brings another layer of understanding to the method and brings with it it's own challenges. Use the principle to create variety as you train and teach as well as illicit different muscular responses.
